At Sushain Jewelry, due to the nature of fine jewelry and customized products, returns are strictly controlled and initiated only after internal approval.

Customers must report any issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, no return or replacement request will be entertained.

Returns are not automatically accepted.
• Customers must first notify us via email with:
• Order number
• Clear photographs
• Mandatory unboxing video
• After review, if the case is approved,
Return pickup or return instructions will be initiated by Sushain Jewelry.
Customers should not ship any product without written approval from our team.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A continuous unboxing video is compulsory for:
• Damaged product claims
• Missing item claims
• Wrong product claims
The video must clearly show:
• Sealed package
• Shipping label
• Full opening process
• Condition of item
Claims without video proof may be rejected.

4. Eligible Return Cases
Returns may be approved only in cases of:
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered
• Size issue (subject to feasibility)

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Made-to-order items
• Used or worn products
• Products damaged due to mishandling
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

6. Refund Process
If return is approved and product passes inspection:
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
Shipping charges, duties, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy
Replacement (instead of refund) may be provided in case of:
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect item shipped
• Size issue (resizing/replacement subject to design feasibility)
Additional shipping or resizing charges may apply in case of size-related replacements.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• After 6 hours, cancellation may not be possible as processing may have started.
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Refund for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
